At Zainab’s Closet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the following policy.

1. Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be in its original packaging with all accessories.
Have all tags and labels intact.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased on sale or discount offers.
Customized, altered, or made-to-order items.
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer.

4. Mandatory Proof Requirement

Customers must provide an unboxing video (without cuts or edits) recorded while opening the parcel.
This proof is compulsory for any return, exchange, or complaint request.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method or store credit (as applicable).

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size, color, or design issues, provided the requested item is in stock.
If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, Zainab’s Closet will cover the return shipping cost.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video and order details.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
